Real Wedding Wednesday: Free Wedding Project with Briana & Ian

Category: Charlottesville, Florals, Photography, Uncategorized, Weddings

On 11-11-11 Briana and Ian tied the knot with help from a handful of Charlottesville vendors! The Charlottesville Free Wedding Project, spearheaded by Jack Looney, returned after a successful first year in 2010. As a reflection of our local wedding community, Jack Looney assembled some of Charlottesville’s finest vendors to donate a completely free wedding to a deserving couple.  After reviewing many applications, Lynn Easton Andrews and a number of other judges chose Briana and Ian, a local Charlottesville couple. Briana and Ian couldn’t have been more lovely and thankful! Not only did Briana bring homemade chocolates to our first meeting, she also handmade bookmarks for all the the contributing vendors. The sweet couple wrote the following statement: “We are excited and grateful to share our love story with Charlottesville.  We thank those who made this gift possible from the bottom of our hearts and are quite humbled.  We thank Charlottesville for being such a wonderful community to work, live, and fall in love.”
